1. Directly perform maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in the factory, coordinate with production to ensure stable operation of the production line, receive direct requests from the department leader to properly perform progress and process.
2. Receive repair requests from Heads of Departments and departments.
3. Analyze the causes, provide solutions to prevent problems.
4. Participate in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting arising problems.
5. Determine the use of techniques and maintenance before performing maintenance work on machinery.
6. Report to the Head of Department about the problems that must stop the machine and the direction to fix it.
7. Make a monthly plan of necessary replacement materials according to the breakdown.
8. Research improvement or propose improvement ideas to the Head of Department.
9. Coordinate with other specialized departments in the company during the working process.
10.Perform tasks as requested by department head.
